RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. There can be many reasons for a requested return and we will work with you diligently regarding your personal situation. Being able to process the return, provide store credit or give a full refund will depend on each instance. Please see info below prior to contacting us.
-Items are to be returned to our store location. Any refunds/credits for the purchase price of the product will not include delivery fees.
-Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unused, with original tags and without damage/wear. Items should be in condition to allow for future sale and should include original sales receipt.
-Any exception to above guidelines (i.e. refund of delivery fees) will only be considered if it is determined an error occurred solely on behalf of Happy Tails Pet Supplies.
